04 Radio and range testA sample from each RF batch runs a switching cycle and a range check before release. Tuya models are provisioned on a test router, so nothing ships that a customer cannot add to the app.QCBatch log

02 — What we do in-house

Four things we do not outsource.

In-house moulding

Plug bodies, housings and packaging inserts come off our own machines. A new plug version or a colour change is a tooling schedule, not a supplier negotiation.

Assembly and RF pairing

Receivers, remotes and chimes are assembled and paired on the line. Every 433.92 MHz unit is switched, range-checked and packed in the pairing state the end user expects.

Meters and instruments

Plug-in energy meters are checked against a reference load, testers against a known cell. A meter that drifts by more than one percent does not leave the building.

Certification files

Declaration of conformity, EMC and radio test reports and RoHS / REACH statements are kept per model and released with the shipping documents, not on request.

Logo printing

Pad printing on housing, or a moulded-in mark above 3,000 pcs per version.

Packaging

Neutral, colour box or retail-ready blister. Custom artwork needs a dieline check before the deposit.

Manual

DE / FR / NL / PL / EN. Translation is done by a native speaker, not machine output.

MOQ for custom

1,000 pcs per version for a custom box; 3,000 pcs for a moulded-in logo.

Sampling

7–10 days for a pre-production sample with your artwork; freight collect.
