What is the minimum order quantity?
500 pcs per version for stock models. Custom colour boxes start at 1,000 pcs, a moulded-in logo at 3,000 pcs. Mixed versions in one container are fine as long as each version meets its own MOQ.
Are prices FOB or CIF?
Quoted prices are FOB Ningbo by default, in EUR, excluding VAT. CIF and DAP are available on request — we quote with your forwarder or ours, whichever you prefer.
How long does production take?
Two answers, because it depends on the packaging. In our standard carton the goods leave about two weeks after the deposit clears. If the order needs custom packaging — your brand on the box, printed cartons, retail-ready packs — plan on about 45 days, since the dieline and the print run sit in front of production. Custom packaging has to be agreed before the order is placed: write to info@wm-electric.com with the model, the quantity and the artwork.
Which certificates come with the goods?
It depends on the line. The RF models — sockets, remotes, doorbells, weather stations — ship with CE-RED and the radio test report; plug-in mains products with CE-LVD and EMC; the Tuya range adds the module supplier's own reports. Every line carries RoHS and REACH. Declarations of conformity travel with the shipping documents, not in a later e-mail.
Do the WiFi products still work without the cloud?
The switch does, the app does not. A Tuya socket or lamp holder keeps answering its physical button when the router is down; what you lose is the schedule and the remote control. The 433.92 MHz version of the same product has no cloud dependency at all, which is why we keep both lines — pick by what your market will accept, not by what is newer.
Can you print our brand and manual?
Yes. Pad printing, colour box and manual in DE, FR, NL, PL or EN — that is the custom packaging route, so allow about 45 days and agree the artwork first: info@wm-electric.com. Artwork needs to be checked against the dieline before the deposit; we do not print from a low-resolution file.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit on order, 70% against the bill of lading copy. For the first order we may ask for a higher deposit; after two orders the terms are negotiable.
Do you supply spare parts?
Receivers, remotes and CR2032 batteries can be ordered separately at sample price. Spare parts are packed in the same carton as the main order at no extra freight.
How do I check the goods before shipment?
You or your agent are welcome in the workshop. If you cannot travel, we send the AQL inspection report and photos of the packed cartons before the container is sealed.
