The RF lines — sockets, remotes, doorbells, weather stations — are filed under CE-RED, with the EMC and radio test reports that belong to them. The Tuya WiFi and Zigbee range adds the module supplier's own reports on top. Plug-in mains products carry CE-LVD and EMC, instruments carry EMC and, where a battery is involved, the battery directive. Every line has RoHS and REACH statements. Files are kept per model: ask for one and you get it within 24 hours on a business day. Where a document does not exist yet, the card says “on request” instead of “available”.

GPSR Article 16 — who is named on the package
The name on the label is the name that answers.
An economic operator established in the EU has to be named on the product or its packaging. The manufacturer is below. The EU responsible person for your order is printed on the label and named in the declaration of conformity that travels with the goods — ask before you order and you get the current entry the same day.

What happens before the container leaves
Inspection
AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects on every shipment. Function test is 100% on the line before packing: pairing and range for RF models, reference load for meters, known cell for testers.
Claims
Defective units are replaced or credited within 12 months of shipment, against the inspection record and photos. Freight for confirmed defects is on us.
Traceability
Each carton carries the model, production batch and inspection date. Batch records are kept for three years.
