Quotations

Prices are quoted in EUR, FOB the port stated on the quotation, and are valid for 30 days unless the quotation says otherwise. Prices exclude VAT, freight and insurance.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we receive a signed contract and the 30% deposit. Production starts after the deposit clears.

Delivery

Lead times are counted from deposit receipt, not from order date. In our standard carton the goods are dispatched about 14 days after the deposit clears. Custom packaging — your brand on the box, printed cartons or retail-ready packs — runs about 45 days, because the dieline and print run come before production; it has to be agreed in writing before the order is placed.

Claims

Defective goods are replaced or credited within 12 months of shipment, against the inspection record and photos of the defect.
